When you visit our login page, we will place a temporary cookie to see if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personally identifiable information and is deleted when you close your browser.
We will also set up several cookies when you log in to save your login information and screen display preferences. Login cookies expire after two days, and screen options cookies expire after a year. When you log out of your account, the login cookies are deleted.
We do not retain your data. This excludes any data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons.
Before placing the order, we request the customer to go back and review the items in their cart. If a customer adds the incorrect item to their cart, Udveli Books is not responsible for allowing a return or exchange.
These are the guidelines that govern this policy.
Once the seal on a book is broken, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the event of any damaged or missing pages, the customer must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. Once the request is made, the customer must provide visual proof (an image or a video) of the damaged product to our mail ID udvelibooks@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the books.
All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and not broken or tampered with.
If Udveli Books accepts the customer’s return request, the customer must return the item. The refund will be credited to the customer’s account once the product is returned.
The refund will not be processed until the experts conduct a quality check on the product.
