• If Udveli Books accepts the customer’s return request, the customer must return the item.
• The refund will be credited to the customer’s account once the product is returned.
• Refunds will not be processed until the product has been thoroughly inspected by the experts at Udveli Books.
• After completing all formalities, the entire amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 10 working days.

Cancellation

Udveli Books serves a few cities in India. If no courier service is available in your area, we will send by Indian Post; we apologise for any inconvenience caused if postal service is not available in your area.

We do not currently have the option to deliver a single order to multiple destinations. You will need to place separate orders.

Shipping of products ordered on the website will take at least 2-3 days. However, you will be informed of the tentative date of delivery of the product once you place your order on the website.
